THE THAÏCHŪ WAY
(TO PREPARE YOUR GREEN)
1. Heat water to 165-175°F (OJO: not boiling!)

2. Soak your CHASEN (WHISK) in some of the hot water to soften the bristles.

3. Sift 3-4g of THAÏCHŪ Signature Ceremonial Blend matcha into a CHAWAN (BOWL).

4. Add 2 oz of hot water and whisk rapidly - BUT GENTLY- in a gentle “M” motion until smooth and frothy.

5. SWEETEN TO TASTE. We recommend 1-2 tsps of agave or maple syrup.

6. In a glass with ice, pour ½ cup of Califia Barista Oat Milk (our personal fave!!).

7. Gently pour your matcha over the milk.
